From complaint to change
My name is Mike and I have been working as a personal trainer for 15 years. In all those years I have guided hundreds of driven and ambitious people. People who achieve a lot, but are running on fumes in the meantime. Who wake up tired. Who can no longer relax because sitting still feels like restlessness and wasted time. Who keep going, because stopping feels like failure.
You have tried everything. A psychologist for the mental part, a trainer for your fitness, a doctor for your complaints. Everyone looks at one piece. But your body is a system of systems that constantly communicates with itself. If you only pull at one part, you miss the cause.
The problem is not the hard work. The problem is the fuel. You are running on adrenaline, tension and the need to prove yourself. And that costs your body more than you think.
I zoom out and see the connections. Through the 6 domains, nutrition, sleep, breathing, movement and immune system, I reduce complaints and increase your energy. No general advice, but interventions that match your complaints and your story.
On top of that I work with the physical body to discharge tension and stress. Because as long as your nervous system is stuck in overdrive, you cannot truly recover. I teach your body to switch between action and rest again. So you not only reach success, but can also carry it without sacrificing your health.
